About the Job
Blackberrys is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal for its Gurgaon Head Office.
The role involves handling commercial agreements, litigation matters, compliance-related work, and coordinating with external stakeholders.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in similar setups, preferably in Retail, QSR, Diagnostic Labs & Pharmacy Chains, or Consumer Electronics & Mobile Retail.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate Lease and Leave & License Agreements, along with other commercial agreements.
- Handle MIC and litigation matters.
- Manage matters relating to Factory Compliance, Legal Metrology, and Trademarks.
- Coordinate with external counsels and Government officials.
