About the Job

ValueLabs is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team in Hyderabad. The role requires prior in-house legal experience in an IT company and the ability to independently manage legal matters and stakeholder expectations.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior in-house legal experience in an IT company.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in HR advisory, IP management and data privacy matters.
• Ability to independently manage legal issues and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Handle contract drafting and negotiations.
