ValueLabs is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team in Hyderabad. The role requires prior in-house legal experience in an IT company and the ability to independently manage legal matters and stakeholder expectations.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior in-house legal experience in an IT company.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in HR advisory, IP management and data privacy matters.
- Ability to independently manage legal issues and stakeholder expectations.
