About the Job

The roles offer hands-on exposure to IBC proceedings, legal drafting, and corporate legal advisory. We are looking for motivated Senior Legal Associates to join our dynamic team under the guidance of CA Mohit Chawla (FCA, DISA, CPA), a seasoned Insolvency Professional and Liquidator for listed companies.

Eligibility

• Qualification: BALL.B. / LL.B. / LL.M.
• Experience Required: 3-5 years (Post-Qualification Experience)
• Preference: Prior experience in IBC, CIRP documentation, or work before NCLT/
  NCLAT is an added advantage

Work Profile

Selected candidates will work under the direct supervision of CA Mohit Chawla and engage in:

• IBC matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court, and High Courts
• CIRP advisory and documentation
• Contract drafting and legal vetting
• Preparation of CoC meeting minutes
• Drafting legal opinions and compliance documentation
