Holistic Techno Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join its Legal Team. The role involves handling contractual and legal matters, with a focus on contract management, commercial contracts, arbitration, litigation, and legal drafting.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in contract management.
• Experience in commercial contracts, arbitration, litigation, and legal drafting.
• Experience in infrastructure, EPC, or engineering projects will be an advantage.
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and contract interpretation skills.
• Ability to independently manage contractual and legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual and legal matters independently.
• Handle contract management and commercial contracts.
• Work on arbitration and litigation matters.
• Undertake legal drafting, research, negotiation, and contract interpretation.
