Holistic Techno Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join its Legal Team. The role involves handling contractual and legal matters, with a focus on contract management, commercial contracts, arbitration, litigation, and legal drafting.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in contract management.
- Experience in commercial contracts, arbitration, litigation, and legal drafting.
- Experience in infrastructure, EPC, or engineering projects will be an advantage.
- Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and contract interpretation skills.
- Ability to independently manage contractual and legal matters.
