About the Job

Nexdigm Private Limited is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Contract Management Services team. The role involves supporting clients through contract management system (CMS) administration, contract drafting and review, repository management, and coordination with legal stakeholders.

Eligibility

2–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Contract Management System (CMS) administrative work.
• Undertake contract drafting and contract review activities.
• Manage clients’ CMS repository.
• Maintain file management and upload contracts into the CMS tool.
• Create agreement folders and assign contracts within the CMS.
• Assign contracts to respective legal attorneys as required.
• Review contract drafts based on client-provided instructions to identify errors or exceptions.
• Route contracts for signature.
• Maintain and update assignment databases in a timely manner.
• Interact and engage with the Lead COE Attorney.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, or ad hoc activity reports.
• Complete client-specific CMS administration projects within prescribed timelines.

Salary

INR 5,00,000 – INR 6,50,000 per annum.

• Office Location: Pashan, Pune (Regional Office)
