About the Job

Nexdigm is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Contract Management function in Pune. The role involves delivering end-to-end contract management support, including drafting and negotiating low-to-medium complexity contracts, while ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, timely delivery, and effective collaboration.

The Contract Management function covers the contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to compliance and renewal. Its services include contract repository management, lifecycle tracking, process standardisation, and risk mitigation.

Eligibility

• Candidates should possess an LL.B., BBA LL.B., BA LL.B., or LL.M. qualification.
• Applicants should have 1–3 years of experience.
• Candidates should have competencies in operational execution, compliance in contract management, quality assurance and continuous improvement, and client management.
• Applicants should demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate low-to-medium complexity contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, and MSAs, with a focus on accuracy, turnaround time, and risk coverage.
• Maintain a quality score of more than 98% in internal reviews and deliver work within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable standards and internal checklists.
• Review contractual clauses against similar executed agreements and identify improvement suggestions.
• Identify and flag contractual deviations accurately and on time.
• Identify and escalate potential legal and commercial risks and provide initial mitigation inputs, including alternative language and fallback clauses, in line with applicable playbooks and project instructions.
• Maintain turnaround time in accordance with established SLAs and ensure timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Independently manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision and flag potential risks or delays at an early stage.
• Update task trackers regularly and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Support team deliverables during high-volume periods and participate in knowledge-sharing or buddy activities.
• Provide timely inputs to peers and senior team members when required.
• Collaborate effectively in project-based teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
