Position Opening: Head of Legal – Real Estate

One of their valued clients in the real estate sector has requested us to invite applications for the position of Head of Legal.

Type: Full-time, Senior Leadership Role

Key Expectations

• Work Experience: Minimum 15 years in the legal profession, with significant exposure to real estate litigation, transactions, structuring, and statutory compliance including RERA and DTCP policies.
• Expertise: Understanding of real estate laws, regulatory compliance, litigation, title due diligence, land acquisition, and commercial leasing.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage legal teams, engage with stakeholders, and provide strategic legal advice.
