Eligibility

A professional degree in Law, either a three-year regular course after graduation or a five-year integrated regular course after Class 12.
Candidates must be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India to practise in courts in India.
8–10 years of post-qualification experience in legal work.
The maximum age limit is 45 years.
