Opportunity for Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Legal at Dharma Production.
Eligibility
Experience: 03 to 05 yrs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in media law, intellectual property rights, and contract negotiations within the Indian entertainment sector.
Responsibilities
This role involves providing legal support for the film division of Dharma Entertainment, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to content production, film distribution, crew/cast agreements, NOCs, MOUs etc. The candidate will manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution of legal documents daily. Responsibilities also include conducting legal research on copyright, intellectual property, and regulatory/film-related compliance, reviewing scripts for legal issues, and handling content clearance.
