About the Job

The position of Senior – Compliance Review (Legal) falls within the Risk Advisory – Legal & Compliance practice.

The role focuses on governance, risk management, and compliance services, assisting clients in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks across sectors.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in compliance audits and advisory
• Project management and stakeholder handling capabilities
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple client assignments simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Legal & Compliance under multiple law categories including:
  • Labour Laws
  • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
  • Administrative Laws
  • Secretarial Compliance
  • Financial Regulations
  • Sector-specific laws
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks across sectors
• Develop compliance checklists, manuals, SOPs, policies, and training materials
• Manage compliance tool implementations for multiple clients
• Monitor compliance tools and reporting mechanisms
• Stay updated on statutory and regulatory developments
• Handle teams, manage projects, and act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for clients
• Prepare reports for Senior Management and clients
• Liaise with internal teams to manage multiple assignments
