Eligibility
- 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience working on M&A deals and corporate transactions.
- Previous experience in due diligence and transaction execution is required.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
