Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience exclusively in the tax domain.
- Experience in GST, Service Tax, Customs, and Excise.
- LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. from a recognised institution.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council, with West Bengal preferred.
- Must be based out of Kolkata.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex indirect tax matters.
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft petitions and legal opinions.
- Independently manage court mentions and hearings.
