About the Job

Sigma Chambers is inviting applications from qualified and dedicated professionals for a senior associate.

• Vacancies: 1 – 2
• Eligibility: Advocates with PQE of 2 – 3 years
• Retainer: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Partners on litigation across different benches of the NCLT, High Courts & Supreme Court of India.
• Corporate advisory matters focusing on startups, fund-raising and new-age technologies. The candidate will also be expected to be abreast with the latest legal developments in these areas.
• Handle litigation matters independently while coordinating strategic case developments.
• Draft, review and finalize legal documents.
• Represent clients before various courts and tribunals.∙
