About the Job
Sachin Mahendra & Associates is looking to hire 2 Senior Associates (Compliance & Tribunal Litigation) on a full-time basis for the law firm’s office. The role will involve work relating to Income Tax, GST, Excise and Customs laws. It is a mid-size law firm with ambitious growth plans, and therefore we are seeking exceptional candidates.

Eligibility
- Education Requirement: CS @ ICSI (Member of ICSI) and LLB (Both degrees)
- Required Experience: 2+ years of experience is highly preferable in any CA firm, CS firm, law firm or Company.
Responsibilities
Tax Compliances including GST & Customs, MCA Compliances, DTAA & TP Compliances, Tax Audits, Accounting & IFRS. Case representation before CIT, ACIT, NCLT & Tribunals only.
