About the Job
Lenovo is looking for a Senior Associate – Legal Contracts to join its Global Contracts Team (GCT). The role involves supporting complex commercial deals across the Asia Pacific region, working on technology transactions, and collaborating with global business and legal teams.
The position also involves contributing to contracting efficiencies while balancing legal risks with business objectives.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree and be admitted to practice.
- Applicants should have 5+ years of commercial contracting experience, preferably involving technology transactions.
- Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements is required.
- Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Applicants should have the ability to balance legal risks with business objectives.
