About the Job

The role involves managing interactions with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), supporting investigations and litigation matters, handling escalations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in managing LEA interactions, litigation support, investigations or regulatory coordination.
  • Experience in the payments, fintech, banking or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience involving extensive travel for in-person meetings and coordination with LEAs or handling litigation matters before courts is mandatory.
  • Prior experience or exposure to lien matters, recovery matters and litigation is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and programmes simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a liaison between the organisation and local Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • Travelling extensively to meet and coordinate with LEAs.
  • Overseeing investigations support ticket analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Planning, scheduling and promoting law enforcement meetings, conferences and training sessions.
  • Handling escalations, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Identifying and sharing industry best practices and working with cross-functional teams to assess their feasibility and implementation.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Promoting the highest standards of ethics, regulatory compliance and business conduct across the organisation/function.
