About the Job
The position involves handling legal matters including litigation, contract drafting and vetting, legal opinions, arbitration and dispute resolution, statutory and regulatory compliance, and coordination with advocates and regulatory authorities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) as a full-time degree from a recognised Indian university/institute.
- Minimum 60% marks in the law degree.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification, relevant experience in an organisation of repute.
- Experience in litigation handling, drafting and vetting contracts and legal documents, providing legal opinions, arbitration and dispute resolution, statutory and regulatory compliance, coordination with advocates and regulatory authorities, and advising on legal matters.
- Experience in the power, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing sector is desirable.
