Saraf and Partners acted as legal counsel to Gaja Capital (“Gaja”) in connection with its USD 17 million Series B investment in Good Roots Kitchenware Private Limited, a health focused kitchenware firm selling cookware and kitchenware across both online and offline channels, operating under the brand name “The Indus Valley” (“Company” /”Good Roots”).

The funding round was led by Gaja. The Company counts DSG Consumer Partners, Rukam Capital and The Chennai Angels, White Whale among its investors.
