Saraf and Partners Advised Abakkus on its Rs 100 Crore Investment in Ekkaa Electronics
Saraf and Partners acted as legal counsel to Abakkus Four2Eight Opportunities Fund (the “Client”) in connection with its structured private equity investment of INR 100 crores in Ekkaa Electronics (India) Limited (the “Company”), a prominent Noida-based manufacturer of consumer electronics and home appliances.
The transaction involved the issuance of compulsorily convertible instruments to the Client pursuant to a Securities Subscription Agreement and a Shareholders’ Agreement executed on July 10, 2026.

Abakkus Four2Eight Opportunities Fund is the maiden private equity fund of Abakkus Investment Managers Private Limited, a core part of the Abakkus Group. Founded by Mr. Sunil Singhania, the Abakkus Group is a leading fund house managing an Asset Under Management (AUM) of USD 5 billion as of June 30, 2026.
Ekkaa Electronics is one of India’s fast-growing leaders in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector, specializing in the design, development, and end-to-end manufacturing of consumer electronics and home appliances. The new capital will support the Company’s strategic growth plan to expand its manufacturing footprint and scale production lines.
