Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, is a public law school and a National Law University located in Patiala, Punjab, India. It was established in 2006 by the Punjab Government as a university dedicated to the field of Legal Education. The first vice-chancellor of the University was Gurjit Singh.
About the book series
The RGNUL Book Series on Corporate Law and Corporate Affairs (“RBS”) established in the year 2016, is an annual, student-run, peer-reviewed book series based at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.
The Editorial Board of RBS is elated to announce the successful publication of the fourth edition of the RBS on the theme ‘Mergers and Acquisitions’. This edition consisted of descriptive, critical, and analytical articles from virtuosos at esteemed law firms, academicians, and students from prestigious universities.
