- LL.B. Degree from a UGC-recognized University / AICTE-approved Institution
- Candidates with Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost Accountancy (CMA), or MBA (Finance) are also eligible
- Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) required
