Eligibility

LL.M. with specialisation, preferably in Constitutional Law, Real Estate Law and Urban Development Law.
Degree from a recognised Indian or foreign university.
Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Good academic record.
Demonstrable research work/publications.
Interest in urban studies, urban development and law, constitutional law, local land and municipal laws, real estate, and other allied areas/themes.
