Eligibility
- LL.M. with specialisation, preferably in Constitutional Law, Real Estate Law and Urban Development Law.
- Degree from a recognised Indian or foreign university.
- Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Good academic record.
- Demonstrable research work/publications.
- Interest in urban studies, urban development and law, constitutional law, local land and municipal laws, real estate, and other allied areas/themes.
