Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Research Associate and Field Investigator under Punjab State Farmers’ & Farm Workers Commission Punjab. The titled of Project “A Socio-Legal Perspective of Nazul Land in Punjab” for the academic year 2025-2026 under the supervision of Dr. Rajdeep Singh, Department of Law, Punjabi University, Patiala.

Eligibility

Essential Qualification

  • Research Associate: LL.M. (Minimum 60% marks), or NET/Ph.D.
  • Field Investigator: LL.M. (Minimum 60% marks)

Desirable Qualification

  • Expert in Land Laws and Revenue Records
  • Knowledge of Legal Research Methodology and Questionnaire development
  • Post graduation in Law / LL.M.
  • Experience in academic field i.e. Land Laws/Revenue Records work and data collection
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

Duration

Candidates will be selected for maximum period of three months or till the completion of the data collection, whichever is earlier.

Fellowship Amount

For Research Associate Rs. 25,000 and Field Investigator Rs. 15,000 per month.
