About the Job
Hiring: Real Estate Lawyers (2–5 Years PQE)
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate / property law
- Strong, practical exposure to title verification and property due diligence (Karnataka experience preferred)
- Ability to independently handle complex property documents and risk analysis
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Responsibilities
- If you enjoy deep, hands-on real estate work, this role involves:
- Conducting end-to-end title diligence and reconstructing chains of title across decades
- Reviewing and analysing sale deeds, mother deeds, ECs, khata, RTCs, conversion orders, approvals, and related land records
- Identifying gaps, irregular transfers, encumbrances, and marketability risks
- Collaborating closely with a legal-tech product and engineering team to redesign property diligence workflows using technology
