Eligibility
Project Coordinator
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management in relevant projects undertaken by educational or research institutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Coordination, leadership, and field management abilities.
- Demonstrable experience with project management tools.
Program Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or program management in relevant projects undertaken by educational or research institutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Coordination, leadership, and field management abilities.
- Demonstrable experience with research tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project-related activities.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and project teams.
- Support field management and implementation activities.
- Utilize project management or research tools as required.
- Assist in achieving project objectives and reporting requirements.
