Name of the Post: Program Executive (Legal) and Deputy Program Executive (Legal)
Eligibility
Age Limit:
- Program Executive (Legal): 30 Years
- Deputy Program Executive (Legal): 26 Years
Program Executive (Legal)
- Candidate should have LL.B. degree with 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; Or LLM with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.
- Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.
- Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Startups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.
Deputy Program Executive (Legal)
- Candidate should have LL.B. with 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; Or Candidates with LLM Degree may be considered without any post-qualification experience.
- Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.
- Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.
- Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Startups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.
Consultancy Fee
- Program Executive (Legal): ₹ 80,000/- to ₹ 1,20,000/- per month
- Deputy Program Executive (Legal): ₹40,000/- to ₹ 80,000/- per month
