About the Job
IIFL Finance Limited is looking for Law Graduates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their Corporate Legal Team.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements
- Drafting legal notices
- Conducting legal research
- Examination of title and property documents
- Coordinating with business teams and external counsels
- Providing support in litigation and regulatory matters where required
- Maintaining and managing legal documentation and records
- Prior experience in contract and agreement drafting is preferred.
