About the Job
Muthoot Homefin India Ltd. is seeking applications for the position of Product Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation). The role involves coordinating with the Legal, IT and other departments to implement policy updates, manage process changes, prepare reports and develop training templates.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant work experience in the Affordable Housing Finance or Affordable Home Loans segment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong coordination abilities.
- Good presentation skills.
Preferred Qualification:
– An LL.B. degree will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Legal team to understand requirements and work with the IT team to implement necessary system changes.
- Support policy updates and coordinate with department heads to obtain the required approvals.
- Prepare and present review reports, MIS data and PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
- Develop training templates based on processes, products and locations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth implementation of process and system changes.
