About the Job
Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is seeking a motivated and diligent Legal Associate – Litigation to join its legal team in New Delhi. The role involves handling litigation matters, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients before courts and tribunals.
Eligibility
- Advocate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Mandatory registration with the Bar Council.
- Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients before Courts and Tribunals.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Assist in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and Company Law.
- Manage litigation documentation and case files.
- Liaise with clients, counsels, and court officials.
Desired Skills
- Strong drafting and legal research capabilities.
- Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
