Sharma and Sharma Legal is hiring a Principal Associate – Litigation & Corporate Practice for its offices in New Delhi and Kolkata. The role involves handling complex litigation and corporate matters before courts and tribunals, along with client advisory and legal strategy.

Eligibility

• Advocate with 12–15 years of experience handling matters before courts and tribunals
• Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, court systems, and litigation protocols
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills
• Proficiency in English and good computer literacy
• Key Areas of Expertise

Key Areas of Expertise

• Drafting of Writ Petitions, SLPs, Appeals, Applications, Pleadings & Conveyancing
• Appearance before Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts & Tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRT & DRAT

Extensive experience in:

• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Arbitration & Conciliation Act
• Corporate Laws
• Legal research and strategy
• Client counselling and meetings
• Briefing Senior Advocates

Salary

CTC: ₹18–24 LPA

(Compensation shall be commensurate with experience and expertise)
