About the Internhsip

This is a remote internship for a Policy & Research Intern. You’ll assist in legal research, comparative policy analysis, and preparing briefs, reports, and thought leadership content on emerging legal and regulatory issues. The role involves working closely with our team on research-driven projects that impact law, policy, and startups.

Note: The first month will be unpaid. If the internship is extended beyond the first month, the intern will be eligible for a stipend based on their performance and the satisfaction of the team.

Eligibility

• Law student (3rd/4th year of a 5-year program or 1st/2nd year of a 3-year program) or Background in law, public policy, governance, or related disciplines (students welcome)
• Strong research, analytical and writing skills
• Interest in law, legal developments, policy, regulatory trends and the startup ecosystem
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Willingness to contribute to internal knowledge resources
• Ability to conduct structured research and synthesize findings clearly
• Ability to support client work through thorough background research
• Experience in drafting reports, briefing notes, articles, academic writing, or policy/legal publications is a plus
• Familiarity with the Indian legal system and startup ecosystem (preferred but not essential)
