About PCGT

Public Concern for Governance Trust (PCGT) was founded in 2002 with the vision of fostering integrity and accountability in governance. The trust focuses on empowering youth with ethical values and leadership skills, motivating them to become responsible citizens contributing to good governance.

PCGT was founded by Mr. Julio Ribeiro, Dr. R. K. Anand, and Late Mr. B. G. Deshmukh to encourage public participation and activism for transparent and efficient governance.

About the College

KES’ Shri Jayantilal H. Patel Law College, established in 2012, is accredited B++ by NAAC, ISO 9001:2015 certified, affiliated with the University of Mumbai, and recognized by the Bar Council of India. The college offers quality legal education through programs like Masters in Business Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Law, and PG diplomas in Cyber, IP, and Taxation Law, supported by modern and technology-driven teaching methods.

The institute fosters practical legal training through its Student Moot Court Society and maintains a placement cell that collaborates with reputed law firms. It hosts moots, debates, seminars, cultural events, and sports competitions, and publishes Law Spective, a student newsletter encouraging academic discourse. With strong infrastructure, dedicated faculty, and a dynamic learning environment, the college aims to develop capable and responsible legal professionals.

About the 4th Edition of PCGT Conclave

PCGT is organizing the Fourth Edition of the PCGT Conclave in collaboration with colleges across Mumbai, based on the theme “Constitution for All / Samvidhan Sabke Liye.”

The Conclave aims to highlight the relevance of constitutional values in everyday life and increase student engagement in understanding and upholding them. It encourages the public to view the Constitution not only as a legal document but as a shared vision that strengthens and unites society.

General Rules

• Participants must create a reel on any one of the listed topics.
• Reels may be in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Duration must be between 45 seconds and 1 minute 15 seconds.
• Participants must tag @pcgtconclave and add the page as a collaborator.
• No foul language or disrespectful content is permitted.
• Participants must follow @pcgtconclave on Instagram.
• Participants will have approximately 20 days for their reels to gain views.
• View count will be recorded on 20 December at 5.00 pm.

• Content and Creativity
• Presentation, including clarity and editing
• Relevance to the theme

Prize Details

• 1st Prize: Rs. 2,000 + Internship opportunity at PCGT
• 2nd Prize: Rs. 1,500 + Internship opportunity at PCGT
• 3rd Prize: Rs. 1,000 + Internship opportunity at PCGT
