About the Job
Wadhwa Law Chambers is looking for a Patent Agent to join its IP Prosecution Team. The role will primarily focus on intellectual property prosecution and related patent matters.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will primarily be involved in:
- Patent drafting and prosecution.
- Preparing responses to examination reports.
- Appearing at hearings before the IP Offices.
- Managing IP portfolios.
- Handling IP prosecution matters.
Exposure to trademark and copyright prosecution would be an advantage.
Eligibility
Candidates should be:
- Registered Indian Patent Agents.
- Strong in drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with an IP law firm is preferred.
Location
New Delhi.
