About the Job
SNG & Partners is considering applications for its Corporate Dispute Resolution Team at the Jangpura-B office for the following positions:
- Associate – Minimum 2 years of PQE.
- Senior Associate – 4–7 years of experience.
- Associate Partner – 8–12 years of experience.
Areas of Practice
- High Court of Delhi – Writs, suits, specific performance and contractual disputes.
- NCLT/NCLAT – IBC and Companies Law.
- Arbitration – Construction, real estate and commercial matters.
- Debt Recovery – DRT, DRAT and other recovery proceedings.
- Real Estate – Consumer Commission and RERA matters.
- White Collar Crime.
- Employment and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- Demonstrable expertise in the area or areas of practice applied for.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Updated resume.
- Bar Enrolment Certificate.
- Proof of passing AIBE, wherever applicable.
