About the Job

SNG & Partners is considering applications for its Corporate Dispute Resolution Team at the Jangpura-B office for the following positions:

• Associate – Minimum 2 years of PQE.
• Senior Associate – 4–7 years of experience.
• Associate Partner – 8–12 years of experience.

Areas of Practice

• High Court of Delhi – Writs, suits, specific performance and contractual disputes.
• NCLT/NCLAT – IBC and Companies Law.
• Arbitration – Construction, real estate and commercial matters.
• Debt Recovery – DRT, DRAT and other recovery proceedings.
• Real Estate – Consumer Commission and RERA matters.
• White Collar Crime.
• Employment and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• Demonstrable expertise in the area or areas of practice applied for.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Updated resume.
• Bar Enrolment Certificate.
• Proof of passing AIBE, wherever applicable.
