About the Job
Legacy Law Offices LLP is looking to onboard an experienced Partner – Capital Markets to strengthen and expand its Capital Markets practice. The role involves leading capital markets transactions, advising clients on securities law and regulatory matters, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.

Partner – Capital Markets
Eligibility
- Significant experience in capital markets and securities law.
- Strong transaction management and client-handling capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in equity and debt capital markets transactions.
- Ability to independently lead mandates and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.
- Established market presence and business development credentials will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise issuers, promoters, merchant bankers, underwriters, and intermediaries on capital markets transactions.
- Lead Mainboard IPOs, SME IPOs, Rights Issues, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), debt issuances, and other securities offerings.
- Draft and review offer documents, transaction documents, due diligence reports, and regulatory filings.
- Advise on SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, listing obligations, corporate governance, and disclosure requirements.
- Manage client relationships, business development initiatives, and practice growth.
- Mentor and lead transaction teams on complex and high-value mandates.
