About the Job

Envoy Global is hiring an Immigration Paralegal for its office in Hyderabad. The role focuses on handling US business and corporate immigration matters, particularly employment-based visa applications and related processes.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in employment-based immigration
• Experience in end-to-end H1B / Green Card petition drafting and LCA preparation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts
• Strong client and team orientation
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand US immigration requirements
• Work on visa categories including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole, work authorizations, and adjustment of status processes
• Maintain accuracy in application processing and documentation
• Track industry updates and changes in immigration laws
• Maintain accurate case records and provide periodic updates
• Monitor USCIS updates and compliance requirements
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with internal teams
