About the Job
Envoy Global is hiring an Immigration Paralegal for its office in Hyderabad. The role focuses on handling US business and corporate immigration matters, particularly employment-based visa applications and related processes.

Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience in employment-based immigration
- Experience in end-to-end H1B / Green Card petition drafting and LCA preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts
- Strong client and team orientation
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand US immigration requirements
- Work on visa categories including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole, work authorizations, and adjustment of status processes
- Maintain accuracy in application processing and documentation
- Track industry updates and changes in immigration laws
- Maintain accurate case records and provide periodic updates
- Monitor USCIS updates and compliance requirements
- Identify process improvements and coordinate with internal teams
