About the Internship
Locad is looking to bring on a legal intern to support our Head of Legal.
Eligibility
- Final Year Law Student
- Who has knowledge of contracts and company law.
- As well as excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Good analytical and research skills.
Responsibilities
- Corporate, contractual, e-commerce and supply chain laws.
- Support day-to-day compliance framework across Singapore, Philippines, Australia, India and Thailand
- Compliance tracker for various countries.
- Providing support on a wide range of legal activities.
