About the Internship
ACE Inhibitors Insolvency is looking for interns.
Eligibility
- are available full time from 10:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
- can start before or on 1st April 2023.
- are from Delhi NCR
- have knowledge of IBC
- MS-Office, Basic drafting and legal research with IBC knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Research Work relate to IBC matters.
- Drafting complex legal documents like petitions, applications, affidavit etc.
- Assisting Advocates at National Company Law Tribunal in hearings.
Perks
Rigorous Training & Internship Certificate with stipend of 5,000 per month. Exposure to Resolution Plan implementation.
