About the Job

Oxyzo Financial Services is hiring for the Legal – LAP/Secured Lending role as part of its growing legal team. The position involves handling legal due diligence for property-backed loans, reviewing title documents, coordinating with internal teams and legal vendors, and ensuring timely processing of cases.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in legal matters related to Loan Against Property (LAP) and secured lending.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying Title Search Reports (TSR).
• Conducting legal due diligence for property-backed loans.
• Coordinating with sales teams and legal vendors for timely case processing.
• Raising and resolving legal queries by collecting required documents.
• Evaluating RERA-approved and authority-approved properties.
• Managing legal vendors and ensuring adherence to turnaround time (TAT).
