About the Job

Oxyzo Financial Services Limited are looking for a candidate to join their Legal and Operations team to focus on drafting, reviewing and monitoring lending documents for their portfolio companies in the NBFC.

P.S – Candidates from litigation backgrounds are not eligible for this position.

Eligibility

• Qualifications: LLB with 2-5 years of professional work experience.
• Wholesale lending document drafting experience is a must
• Well-versed in contract management
• Legal documentation
• Ability to draft, review and manage agreements and contracts;
• Ability to multitask and work on tight timelines
• Preferred Industry: NBFC / Banks / Financial Institutions

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and ensuring compliance of complex commercial lending documents and other legal documents.
• shall be responsible for monitoring of post and pre-conditions mentioned under the lending documents;
• execution of legal documents and coordinating with different departments for execution of documents;
• Provide legal guidance to ensure that day-to-day operations align with legal requirements and best practices.
