About the Job

The firm is seeking a corporate law professional to handle high-quality domestic and cross-border transactions. The role offers exposure to corporate advisory, transactional matters, and opportunities for client-facing responsibilities and professional growth.

Eligibility

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• 2–3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
• Relevant corporate law experience from a reputed law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing general corporate advisory services.
• Assisting with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions.
• Handling commercial contracts.
• Conducting due diligence and preparing transaction documentation.
• Advising on corporate structuring and regulatory matters.
