NUJS Places 3rd Overall and 5th in Global Oral Rounds at FDI Moot 2026
A team from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, secured the 3rd Highest Rank at FDI Moot 2026 and finished 5th in the Global Oral Rounds, marking a notable achievement at the international moot court competition.
The team comprised Vir Singh Patwalia, Siddhant Agarwal, Spriha Chandra, Ravinandini Singh Chauhan and Meghna Kwatra.

In addition to the team’s overall performance, Vir Singh Patwalia and Siddhant Agarwal were adjudged “Best Counsel” in three knockout rounds at the global stage, recognising their advocacy skills during the competition.
The team expressed gratitude to its student coaches, Taniya Kedia and Pratha Gupta, for their support throughout the preparation process. It also acknowledged Shivam Dwivedi and Arpit Mallick for their coaching, guidance and assistance during the competition.
