We are delighted to NovoJuris Legal advised India Quotient on its secondary transaction in connection with the USD 100 million+ fundraise of GIVA, one of India’s leading fine jewellery brands. The fundraise was led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, with participation from existing investors Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund.

Founded in 2019, GIVA has evolved from a digital-first silver jewellery brand into an established omnichannel fine jewellery business, with an expanding portfolio spanning sterling silver, gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery. Through its focus on contemporary designs, accessible pricing and everyday wear, GIVA has built a strong consumer presence across India’s evolving jewellery market.

The fresh capital will support GIVA’s plans to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities, expand its offline retail presence, deepen its product portfolio and strengthen its leadership team. The investment reflects the continued growth potential of India’s organised fine jewellery sector and the increasing consumer preference for accessible, design-led jewellery brands.

The transaction team from NovoJuris included Senior Associate Joseph Mario Ritvik, Associates Nitin Thomas and Manish Krishnagiri. The Managing Partner, Sharda Balaji, provided strategic inputs on this transaction.
