About Rhetorica, SVKM’s NMIMS Bengaluru
Rhetorica is the student-led forum of SVKM’s NMIMS Bengaluru that provides a platform for students to engage in public speaking, diplomacy, debate, discussion and leadership-oriented activities. Rhetorica organises academic and co-curricular initiatives that encourage critical thinking, negotiation and informed discourse.
About the Event
NMGDC 4.0 – NMIMS Global Diplomatic Conference 2026 is a Model United Nations Conference organised by Rhetorica, SVKM’s NMIMS Bengaluru. The conference brings together students, law students, MUN enthusiasts and college delegations for an immersive experience of diplomacy, debate, negotiation, strategy and decision-making.

About the Conference
NMGDC 4.0 provides participants with an opportunity to represent countries, political stakeholders and parties in structured committee simulations. Delegates will engage in debate, moderated and unmoderated caucuses, negotiation, drafting and strategic decision-making, depending on the committee.
Eligibility
The conference is open to students and MUN enthusiasts interested in diplomacy, international relations, law, public policy, political science and related fields. Both individual delegates and college/university delegations may participate, subject to availability.

- AIPPM – All India Political Parties Meet
- DISEC – Disarmament and International Security Committee
Delegate Fees
- Individual Delegate – ₹1,800
- Delegation – ₹1,600 per delegate

Delegates may submit their committee preferences during registration. Individual participants can register through the individual registration form, while college/university groups can register through the delegation registration form. NMIMS students may use the dedicated NMIMS registration form.
