Nirma University Team Wins 10th Inter-University Moot Court Competition 2026 by Law College Dehradun
A team comprising Bhavishya Chandak, Yashasvi Sharma and Stuti Soni, all from the Batch of 2025, secured first place at the 10th Inter-University Moot Court Competition, 2026, organised by the Moot Court Society of Law College Dehradun, Faculty of Uttaranchal University.
The national-level competition was held from October 9 to 11, 2026, in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The three-member team successfully advanced through multiple stages of the competition before securing the winning position in the final round.

The competition focused on Constitutional Law and provided participating law students with an opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of legal principles through research, written submissions and oral arguments.
Participants were assessed on several important aspects of mooting, including legal research, memorial drafting, analytical reasoning and oral advocacy. These skills form an important part of practical legal education and help students develop their ability to present legal arguments effectively.
