About Moot Court Competition

REVA University’s annual National Moot Court Competition! Simulates courtroom proceedings where law students engage in simulated appellate advocacy, presenting arguments on a hypothetical case before esteemed judges. Participants hone their advocacy skills, legal research abilities, and oral argumentation while showcasing their understanding of legal principles and procedures. Through this immersive experience, participants gain invaluable insights and prepare for the trials of real-world litigation, fostering a spirit of intellectual inquiry and teamwork in the pursuit of legal excellence.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to all bona fide regular students enrolled in any undergraduate law course or its equivalent in any University or Institute within India recognized by the Bar Council or State Government or Central Government, as the case may be.

• Venue: School of Legal Studies, REVA University, Bangalore
• Organized by: Moot Court Association, School of Legal Studies, REVA University

Note: Each institution can send up to two teams to participate in the competition. This implies that multiple teams from the same institution can compete, but each team must comply with the eligibility criteria outlined.

• RUNNER-UP 15,000/-
• BEST RESEARCHER – 5,000/-
• BEST SPEAKER – 5,000/-
• BEST MEMORIAL – 5,000/-
