1. Technology Practice
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–3 years
Preferred Exposure
- Data protection & privacy
- Fintech and healthtech regulations
- Technology and commercial contracts
2. Private Equity / Venture Capital
Experience Requirements
- 2 years’ experience: Exposure to venture financings from Seed to Series B stages
- 4 years’ experience: Ability to independently run transactions and mentor an associate
3. Company Secretary
Experience: 1–2 years PQE
Preferred Exposure
- FEMA and cross-border compliance
- Ongoing corporate compliances
- Supporting private equity transactions
