About School of Law
The School of Law offers B.A. LL.B., BBA. LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law. It has a flexible curriculum offering several options in different areas of specialization. It is devised keeping in mind the requirements of legal profession and academia. The programmes offered at the School of Law incorporate a number of special opportunities such as internships, clinical courses, supervisory research and writing. In order to promote interaction between students and legal professionals; seminars, guest lectures and workshops are conducted on various subjects of law at regular intervals. In addition to the mandatory courses spanning across a tensemester programme, the School of Law has also introduced numerous value-added courses and workshops for the benefit of students.
About the Moot Court Competition
The primary goal of Moot Court Society (MCS), School of Law, is to provide all students with the opportunity to harbor research, oral advocacy skills, legal drafting skills, and other essential prowess to mold a student into an adept mooter.
In order to achieve this objective, MCS is organizing its 3rd Flagship Edition of the National Moot Court Competition. The Competition is scheduled to be held from 9th to 11th February 2023, in an OFFLINE Mode and it shall strive to carry forward the same legacy in providing a holistic experience of mooting.
Eligibility
- All law colleges/ institutions/ universities across the country recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to take part in the Competition. All participants must be pursuing their Bachelor’s degree in Law, i.e., 3-year or 5-year courses.
- Only one team per college/institution/university shall be allowed to participate.

Each team shall complete such registration on or before 10th January 2023 (11:59 pm IST).
