About ITM University-Gwalior
The School of Law, ITM University-Gwalior is organising the 3rd Arun Jaitley Memorial National Moot Court Competition (AJMCC 2026). The competition is the flagship national-level moot court event of the School of Law and aims to develop legal research, drafting, advocacy, analytical reasoning and courtroom skills.
The 3rd Edition will be held from 30 October to 1 November 2026. The previous edition received 36 registrations from across India, including NLUs, Central Universities and reputed government and private institutions.

About the Opportunity
AJMCC 2026 provides participating law students an opportunity to:
- Conduct extensive legal research
- Prepare memorials for both sides
- Develop oral advocacy and argumentation skills
- Present arguments before an experienced Bench
- Improve rebuttal and courtroom skills
- Participate in a national-level legal competition
- Compete for individual awards such as Best Orator and Best Researcher.
- Every participant will receive a Certificate of Participation and one-month access to SCC Online Web Edition worth ₹1,099.
Theme / Moot Proposition
The moot proposition concerns foreign-funded civil society organisations, regulation under the FCRA, constitutional rights and judicial review.
Eligibility
Students enrolled in a full-time 5-year LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. programme at a University, College or Institution approved by the Bar Council of India are eligible.
Registration will be accepted on a First-Come, First-Serve basis.

₹4,000 per team
