Kishinchand Chellaram Law College, popularly known as KC Law College, is a law institution located at Churchgate, Mumbai. The institution was established in 1955 by Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board (HSNC Board). It is affiliated with the University of Mumbai.
The college is located in the same campus as Kishinchand Chellaram College and the H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.

About the Opportunity
HSNC Board’s Kishinchand Chellaram Law College’s Flagship Event, Lex Concilio 2026, is a model Indian Parliamentary Style Debate Competition. It is a holistic parliamentary environment set up for students to understand “The Law Making Process” and debate on current issues faced by our country. 1 Day event with breakfast, lunch, certificates of Participation, IDs, photos and social media support included.
Theme
Indian Parliament style discussion of 2 Bills – The Space Tourism Bill and One Nation One Election Bill (if passed, would become a law after the President’s assent).
Eligibility
Undergraduate Students & Post-Graduate Students from any stream.

Rs.500 per participant
