About the UPES School of Law
UPES was established in the year 2003 through the UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. With an ambitious vision and peerless approach, UPES emerged as an innovative institution offering industry-specialised undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of Engineering, Business, Law, Design, Health Sciences and the newest of the lot – Modern Media.

About the Alternate Dispute Resolution Association of School of Law
The Alternate Dispute Resolution Association of School of Law, UPES is constituted with purpose to facilitate and promote alternate dispute resolution mechanism and develop and enhance skills required in Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation. The Association has been effortlessly working towards raising the community and campus awareness and constantly providing a platform for alternate dispute resolution tournaments all over India. The team consisting of Senior faculty members along with the core team is focused in organizing and providing opportunities to fellow learners and law professionals.
We are back with an amazing idea to boost up the zeal and enthusiasm of the hidden Mediator in you. It is our pleasure to invite you all for the Mediation Workshop Session being organized by The Alternative Dispute Resolution Association of School of Law, UPES.
About the mock session
The objective is to provide an opportunity and platform to the students in order to gain insights about the Mediation Process for the upcoming events. The session would include a full-fledged mediation session followed by feedback from the judges present and adjudging it.
