About the opportunity

Godrej Properties Limited is looking for an individual for its legal compliance team to be based out of Pune.

Job Profile

1. To ensure compliances on project / contracts and in-house policies. Will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business.
2. Prepare reports for HO as per prescribed timelines on compliance/ non-compliance status
3. Assess the project documents to identify possible non-compliance risks
4. Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
5. Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
6. Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
