Minority a boon or curse to india

India has the longest written constitution in the world. Perhaps there are certain laws, especially for minorities, that act like a curse to the nation. Because minority is not a word it’s an omission of our constitution. When our constitution is on the floor then our forefathers eject the minority to save a part of the group. In the 21st century, there are so many changes taking place and if we do not change or correct some parts they do harm and send a bad message to the upcoming generation.
The word minority denotes a small group of people who are of a different race or religion to most of the people in the community or country where they live a small group of people who are of a different race or religion to most of the people in the community or country where they live.
But here in India in some part of the state where a minority group is in majority, they are treated like a majority but the group who is minority they are treated like a majority. And what is the role of the minority in the constitution it’s also the biggest question? If we talk about the role of the minority in the constitution it’s like the rust of the constitution.
The historical approach of minorities in India. It was started by Britishers for the divide and rule policy. So they make a law in 1909, the legislative act where they used to be a great discussion and it was decided to give minority at the provincial level, but the British declared the national majority and Muslims were getting minority quota where the majority was there. A statutory majority was reached and the same system is still in the palace today.
Because India is one united country and a mixture of different cutlers. One of the main reasons for partition in India is the minority where so many people died. As a rule, they give a special privilege to the community. So its result is that India is divided into two parts: Pakistan and India. In some parts of India there is less percentage of a special caste so they give to some special privileged but what is the reason to give a special privilege India is a united nation and we respect all the religious cultures so they take advantage of minorities.
As we see in Pakistan before 1947 here is one of the major populations of this part is Muslim so they decided to make the other nation on this time Mohammad Ali Jinnah was studying in foreign and he is on good philosopher so they decided to provoke against another state for making an other because Jinnah’s background is very gripping on the people of the state so, before Independence they ask Jinnah to demand another country and they support him to make another nation and they make him a 1st governor-general.
On 26 May 1949, the discussion on minorities was going on and the so-called leaders of our country were agreeing to bring a minority, then Sardar Patel stood up and replied, “What is this minority population that is strong enough to divide India? If you are so organized and capable, the power is sealed. Do you need any kind of protection?” They were afraid that if their freedom would not be snatched away, then Article 30 was brought into the Constitution of India.
From 15th August 1947 till today governments are used two-nation policies and due to this there is so many communal riots are taken place and so many people have died what was behind these riots one of the biggest reasons is the minority.
In India, some of the states where the population of Muslims is in majority but take advantage of Minorities. As we see in, Lakshadweep here is 2% Hindu and 97% Muslims, in Mizoram 3% Hindus or 90% Christians, in Nagaland 8% Hindus or 90% Christians, In Meghalaya 11% Hindus or 84% Christians. Kashmir 28% Hindus or 69% Muslims. Arunachal Arunachal 29% Hindus or 31% Christians. Manipur 31% Hindus or 42% Christians.
As we see in the above data, in some of the states minorities give special privileges to one of the special groups whose population is high but they take advantage of minorities. In India, any part of our constitution does not define minorities, not any laws define minorities and also article 30 says to protect his culture but they provide special bank loans, and they open a special ministry in 2006 that is a ministry of minority also in the ministry the minister is Muslims, they open a special commission that is minority commission in 1993.
Is India really need protection? Our constitution provides all the rights to all the citizens of India but they act like they are in danger from what the hell is doing our government and from these so many communal riots are happening.
